Over ten years of experience working in venture capital in such diverse fields as analytical measurement technology, IT and communications, biomedical technology, and cleantech.

Particular expertise in conducting legal, financial and market focused due diligence as part of the investment process. Strong background in international investments and has previously lived and worked in Japan and retains a keen interest in innovation funding in the south-east Asia region.

Mulberry Green Fund is a £20m venture capital fund being raised by Adapt Cocoon Equity LLP – a joint venture between Adapt Investment Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of East Anglia and Cocoon Networks Ltd, Europe’s largest start-up ecosystem backed by Chinese capital.Mulberry Green Fund leverages its investment team’s UK-China expertise to support and invest in early and growth-stage companies in the Green-tech and Agri-tech sectors. The Fund is specifically seeing to invest in UK-based companies who are undervalued in the domestic market but have the potential to grow substantially in China’s rapidly growing Green-tech market.
